The Joyful Project - Fundraiser for Wellington City Mission Christmas 2022

  • Niche Textile Studio Ltd (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

Twice a year Niche sets up the loom to weave a Baker’s Dozen of Joyful bread wraps, as a fundraiser for Wellington City Mission.

Sized to cover a proving bowl and wrap a large loaf after baking, they are hand woven with a cream linen cotton yarn, with little pops of joyful spring hues in stripes at the edges - daffodils, japonica, morning skies and leaf buds.

How does this fundraiser work? To participate, please email Christine to register your interest. The first 13 people to register will be contacted by the end of the campaign. On proof of a donation (minimum $50) subsequently made directly to Wellington City Mission, the bread wraps will be posted or delivered free of charge to New Zealand addresses (please contact me to make payment for overseas postage)
