Joyful Breadwraps - Annual Fundraiser for Wellington City Mission

Each winter a fresh batch of hand-woven cotton linen breadwraps is woven and available for purchase at Baker Gramercy, Berhampore Wellington, with 100% of proceeds going to support the work of Wellington City Mission.

Sized to cover a proving bowl and wrap a large loaf after baking, these breadwraps are hand woven with a cream linen cotton yarn, with little pops of joyful spring hues in stripes at the edges - daffodils, japonica, morning skies and leaf buds.

How does this fundraiser work?

Baker Gramercy in Berhampore Wellington kindly showcases and sells the breadwraps, with 100% of sales proceeds passed on to Wellington City Mission who in August 2024 celebrated 120 years of service. Cloths are $50 each, with around one “baker’s dozen” available.
